We offer two types of property management the first is full management. With full management we find qualified tenants, run background checks, run credit check, do all inspections on the property, facilitate all repair jobs, handle the payments, and distribution of monies

The second is tenant placement where we find qualified tenants run background checks, run credit checks, collect the first month of rent, and the deposit.
