Tri-County Realty & Property Management is a family owned and operated business. Our company was originally a national franchise for over 15 years until James Jordan the Owner/Broker changed the name and location.

Tri-County Realty is a very professional, knowledgeable, and up to date real estate & property management company. In the real estate industry education is key and continually changing so we are dedicated to keeping up with our education, current trends, and changes.

Our goal as a company is to represent our owners and tenants with honesty and professionalism. We as a company make a pledge to you to never take your business for granted, to always be courteous, to always listen, and to give you the best quality service that you deserve. So in order for us to do that we only accept properties that are in good repair, meet all safety requirements, and are in good standing with the mortgage. We are looking for residential properties, commercial properties, and apartment complexes of 50 units or less in the Clay, Duval or St. Johns counties.
